In 2016 construction work of the new production centre started. For the first time a factory fully integrated has been made in Italy. It works in an independent and intelligent way: designing, planning and implementation are managed at the same time. Factory-One is a self-sufficient centre, in which is possible designing, cutting, fabricating and assembling automatically every kitchen elements, from the single panel to the final product. An industrial computerized process that it is oriented to generate value and quality for a perfect final product made in short term and with a total governance of processes and costumatization.

UNIT 1 is the productive area that works in an automatic way, without manual handling for the retail market. The result is a hight-quality product that is customazible in its every component. The high level of automation and process control guarantee the delivery of the final product in line with the agreed timeline. For a more and more unpredictable and demanding market, in every way.

This installation respect the legislation norms about the aplications of eco varnishes solvent-free, and with all the future enviroment certifications. A fondamental divison to guarantee the perfect customization and quality of finished products.
